Shipping and Returns
1. ORDER FULFILMENT & DISPATCH
NishLady strives to fulfil all orders as fast as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Please note that delivery is made only after funds have cleared successfully into our account.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All deliveries are made via door-to-door courier.
- Major Centres (Express): 1 to 3 working days.
- Regional & Remote Areas: 2 to 5 working days.
- Note: Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order was placed. Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are excluded from delivery timeframes.
- Bulk Orders: Should an order be particularly heavy or bulky, an additional working day may be required for processing.
3. DELIVERY FEES
- FREE DELIVERY: On all orders over R200.00 anywhere in South Africa.
- Standard Delivery: Orders below R200.00 will attract a flat delivery charge of R80.00.
- International Shipping: We ship internationally! International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the parcel.
4. STOCK AVAILABILITY
NishLady endeavours to keep all items in stock. In the event of an out-of-stock item or a discontinued line, a NishLady ambassador will contact you with urgency to suggest an alternative, provide a restock timeframe, or issue a store credit/refund.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are processed through secure gateways including PayGate, Peach Payments, and EFT Secure. We do not store your personal banking information.
- Accepted Methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Debit Cards, and M-Pesa.
- Buy Now, Pay Later: We offer Payflex, allowing you to pay in interest-free instalments.
- Verification: For high-value credit card transactions, we may require additional verification. Delivery will be withheld until authorization is obtained.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of our products (haircare and cosmetics), we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or if the tamper seals are broken. Brushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, re-saleable condition with all packaging and documentation intact.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items unless the product is defective.
7. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5 working days.
- Processing Time: Banking timeframes for reversals can take up to 10 working days depending on the payment gateway and your bank.
- EFT Refunds: Will be paid into your nominated bank account once verified.
8. ERRORS & OMISSIONS
NishLady takes all reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, and availability. In the event of an error (not due to gross negligence), NishLady shall not be liable for any loss but will provide a full refund for any incorrect purchase price paid.
9. FESTIVE SEASON SHIPPING
To ensure delivery before December 25th, orders must be placed by December 18th. Orders placed between December 21st and January 2nd will be dispatched from January 3rd onwards.
